CMDChat V 4.0

Version 4.0 of the CMDChat project I've been working on. This should be the final product. If there is anything wrong or any bugs just let me know, and I'll try to fix them

Ok, so in this final product, I took the original CMDChat file and changed it up to make it easier to mess around with. I don't know if the online function works since I only have 1 computer and no laptop or anything. 

Don't delete the cmdmenusel.exe, that is for the mouse input at the start

To cancel or destroy the chatroom, just delete the file, "chatroom.txt"
